We know many of you are eager for automated reports, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work behind the scenes to bring this functionality online. We’re aiming for reports to begin going out as early as June 1, though the timeline may shift slightly as final testing continues.
If reports do start rolling out in June, please keep an eye out and let us know if you notice anything unusual—such as duplicate emails or unexpected data—so we can address it quickly.
Time flies! ROADS officially launched on March 11, and it’s hard to believe we’re already two months in. We want to thank you once again for your continued partnership. Your feedback, flexibility, and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the success of this new system.
Portal Trainings Have Been Phased Down—But We’re Still Here to Support You
As demand for ROADS Portal training has slowed, we phased down our frequent training sessions. But don’t worry! We now offer an Introduction to ROADS once a month, which includes:
- A system overview
- Hands-on Portal training
- Time for Q&A
These sessions take place on the second Wednesday of every month, continuing the familiar MOTS training cadence. You’ll find the signup link below.
ROADS Monthly Checkpoint—First Wednesdays, Every Month
Former MOTS users will recognize this format: we’ve kept our monthly webinars going, now under the name ROADS Monthly Checkpoint. These sessions alternate each month between:

They're held on the first Wednesday of the month at 9 AM and offer updates, tips, and time to ask questions.
