We’re offering multiple training sessions to help you navigate the new system with confidence. Choose a session that fits your schedule—morning and afternoon options are available.
📌 Important: These trainings are designed for portal users. If you’re an EDI provider, stay tuned—EDI-specific training will be rolled out at a later date!

To attend, ensure you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured, along with your P#, UPN (User Principal Name), and password handy.
Morning Sessions (9:00-11:00 AM)
Afternoon Sessions (1:00-3:00 PM)
