A new chapter is here! As of yesterday at 5 PM, MOTS has officially been retired. We appreciate everyone who has used MOTS over the years, and we’re excited to move forward with ROADS, a system designed to better support providers and streamline data submission.
We are now in the final transition phase before ROADS goes live on March 11 at 10 AM! On launch day, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to the ROADS portal—stay tuned!

Make Sure You’re Ready!
To access ROADS, you must have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up. Please ensure you have:
✅ P#
✅ UPN (User Principal Name)
✅ Password

With the ROADS launch next week, it’s important that all providers have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured.
Many of you have already completed this step—thank you! You’re all set.
For those who still need to configure MFA,OIS offers two types of support to meet your needs. Group Support Sessions are perfect if you prefer general guidance and the opportunity to ask questions about MFA, MOTS, or ROADS. For those who want a more tailored experience, 1:1 Support Sessions provide one-on-one assistance to walk you through the entire process.
Please note: You only need to attend one session—either a group session or a 1:1 session, not both.

If you’re an EDI provider, here’s what you need to know:
- EDI specific training will be coming soon - Stay Tuned!
- To sign up for an MFA session, you must have an active P# and a state-issued UPN (User Principal Name).
- If you’re unsure whether you have a P#, email ROADS Support for assistance.
- If you don’t have a P# but wish to view your files once ROADS launches, complete the User Request Form.
We want to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended our final MOTS webinar on Wednesday! With over 100 providers joining, we were thrilled by the incredible turnout. It was a great opportunity to focus on ROADS and share what’s ahead for EDI providers in the new system.
As we move forward, be on the lookout for EDI-specific training opportunities in the coming months. We’ll continue to share updates and important details, so stay tuned!
With new data now flowing into ROADS, MOTS reports will soon become outdated. We’ll be shutting them down over the next few weeks.
The ROADS data model is still being refined, and while some parts are ready for reporting, others are still in progress. New reports, including replacements for existing ones, will be developed as the model evolves. At this time, we do not have an estimated completion date.
If you receive standard reports (e.g., Active Client list, Non-Medicaid Service summary), you’ll automatically begin receiving updated versions as they become available. Custom reports will also be updated, though they may take longer.
Need a report? Email us, and we’ll add your request to the queue as soon as the necessary data is available.
