The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is reviewing a proposed transaction between Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and Legacy Health to understand how it might impact services in Oregon. OHA has convened a Community Review Board, which is hosting a public hearing on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
The public hearing will:
- Provide information about the proposed transaction
- Allow representatives from OHSU and Legacy to provide testimony and answer questions
- Allow members of the public to provide comments
You may sign up to provide verbal comments during the meeting. Please submit any written public comment prior to the meeting at hcmo.info@oha.oregon.gov, leave a voicemail at 503-945-6161, or fill out the public comment form.
