 December 2024
Dear MOTS / ROADS Community,
As the holiday season is upon us, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your partnership throughout this year. From all of us on the ROADS team, we wish you a season filled with rest, relaxation, and joy.
As we prepare for the new year, we’d like to remind you that the ROADS system will go live in Q1 of 2025. Our team has been working diligently to ensure the system meets your needs and expectations. Here’s where things stand:
-
Final Testing: We’re in the last stages of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), using your valuable feedback to refine the system for a smooth transition.
-
System Enhancements: We’re addressing feedback and making thoughtful improvements to enhance the user experience.
- EDI Updates: We’re actively refining the new system specifications to ensure they align with requirements. While they’re not yet available, we’ll share updates as soon as they’re finalized.
-
Training Resources: Comprehensive materials are in development to make onboarding as seamless as possible.
-
Upcoming Trainings: Keep an eye out—training opportunities will begin early in the new year to help you get started with ROADS.
-
MFA Configuration: If you haven’t yet configured MFA, now is the perfect time to get set up! See below for details about support sessions and helpful resources.
We appreciate your patience and partnership as we work through these final steps and prepare for the exciting transition ahead. We look forward to sharing more updates with you in the new year!
Wishing you a joyous and restful holiday season, - The ROADS Team
As we prepare for ROADS to go live in Q1 2025, all providers must have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured. While some of you have already completed this step, we encourage those who haven’t to do so as soon as possible.
A Note for EDI Providers: To sign up for an MFA session, EDI providers must have an active P# and a state-issued UPN (User Principal Name). If you’re unsure whether you have a P#, please email MOTS Support for assistance. If you do not yet have a P# but wish to view your files once ROADS launches, please complete our User Request Form.
OIS is offering Group Support Sessions and 1:1 Support Sessions to guide you through the MFA setup process. During group sessions, the MOTS Support Team will also be available to answer questions about MOTS and ROADS.

Please Note: If you’ve previously been instructed to log in through Citrix, please disregard that guidance. You do not need to access Citrix at all for MOTS—simply log in directly to MOTS.
If you’ve attempted setup and encountered issues, reach out to ROADS Support or contact the Service Desk at 503-945-5623, option 1.
