November 2024
Dear MOTS / ROADS Community,
We want to keep you updated on the progress of the ROADS system. While we had planned for a December 16 launch, our team identified some critical bugs during final testing that need to be resolved before the system goes live. To ensure a smooth and successful rollout, we’ve made the decision to adjust the timeline and are now targeting a launch in Q1 of next year.
Our team is committed to delivering a polished, reliable system and is working diligently to address these issues. Here’s an update on our progress:
-
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): We’re in the final stages of testing, ensuring the system performs smoothly in real-world scenarios. Your feedback continues to be invaluable in refining the system.
-
Final Enhancements: We’re addressing the identified bugs and making additional improvements to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
-
Training Materials: Comprehensive resources are in development to help providers transition to ROADS with ease.
-
Training Opportunities: Details will be shared soon! We’re focused on making sure every provider feels prepared and confident using the new system.
We appreciate your patience and partnership as we work through these final steps, and we remain dedicated to keeping you informed along the way. From all of us, we wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with joy and gratitude!
- The ROADS Team
As we prepare for ROADS to go live in Q1 2025, all providers must have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured. While some of you have already completed this step, we encourage those who haven’t to do so as soon as possible.
To support you, OIS is offering Group Support Sessions and 1:1 Support Sessions to guide you through the MFA setup process. During group sessions, the MOTS Support Team will also be available to answer questions about MOTS and ROADS.
