We are excited to continue our work on the ROADS system, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, security, and functionality! As we approach our final stages of development, our team remains focused on delivering the best possible experience for providers. Here’s a quick update on our progress:
We’re wrapping up User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system performs smoothly in real-world scenarios. We’re committed to fine-tuning every detail to ensure a polished, user-friendly experience.
Our team is addressing final improvements and enhancements, ensuring that the system is robust and ready to meet your needs.
Comprehensive training materials are in development to make your transition to ROADS as seamless as possible.
Training opportunities will be announced soon! We want to make sure every provider feels fully prepared and confident using the new system, and we’ll be sharing more resources and support along the way.
We’re dedicated to keeping you informed as we finalize everything and appreciate your patience as we work towards ensuring a smooth rollout. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Reminder: MFA Configuration Required for All Providers
As we prepare for ROADS to go live, all providers will need Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configured. While some of you have already completed this step, we encourage those who haven’t to do so soon.
Due to recent changes in MFA setup and password configurations, we’re creating updated step-by-step guides and planning webinar support sessions to assist with setup. Please be on the lookout for these additional resources to make the process as smooth as possible.
Please Note: If you’ve been instructed to log in through Citrix, please disregard that guidance. You do not need to access Citrix at all for MOTS—simply log in directly to MOTS.
If you’ve attempted setup and encountered issues, reach out to ROADS Support or contact the Service Desk at 503-945-5623, option 1.
