Dear Providers,
Many of you may be aware that Citrix 1Click is being discontinued and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Citrix access is being implemented. If you have already configured MFA, great! You’re all set! However, if you have not set up your MFA yet, there are a few steps you will need to take.
You will need to determine if you will be using a mobile device with the Microsoft Authenticator App or a YubiKey. We are including instructions for both methods.

YubiKey MFA Instructions: Should you decide that a YubiKey is your preferred option, our technical team recommends purchasing a Series 5 YubiKey at an online retailer or in store. Then, download the Yubico software to the computer you will be using. You might need to reach out to your facility’s IT Department for assistance with the Yubico Software.
