OHA has released a reminder list of Contract Year (CY) 2023 and 2024 deliverables that are due in the third quarter.

The Behavioral Health Division will be pausing ACT and IPS fidelity reviews effective July 1, 2024 with an anticipated date to resume on June 30, 2025. During this pause, the Division will be concentrating on much needed improvements that will be focused on the resource tools/fidelity scale; admin burden reduction and policy guidelines for implementation. Technical Assistance support will continue to be provided as needed within areas of program implementation.
