Exhibit B, Part 10, Section 6, Paragraph e: This paragraph describes the requirement for the CCO to submit semi-annual status reports for the two Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) selected by the CCO. The due dates for these reports are July 31, 2024, for January-June 2024 activities and January 31, 2025, for July-December 2024 activities.
OHA waives the CY 2024 requirement to submit the semi-annual status reports due July 31, 2024, and January 31, 2025, for the two CCO-selected PIPs. This waiver does not relieve the CCO of any other requirement relating to PIPs in the CY 2024 CCO contract. The due date for the CY 2024 annual status reports for the two Statewide PIPs remains January 31, 2025.

Billing OHP for refugee health screenings was effective starting January 1, 2024. However, some internal systems issues caused claims with a primary diagnosis code of Z655 to deny.
The systems issue has been corrected.
Diagnosis code Z655 has an effective date of January 1, 2024, for billing as a primary diagnosis code.
Providers are encouraged to resubmit billing for denied claims with a primary diagnosis code of Z655, with a date of service on or after the effective date.
