December 2023
Thanks for joining our provider update webinars!
Over the past 3 weeks the ROADS team hosted a total of 6 live webinars, to share project updates with impacted parties. We were excited to provide a space for all parties to ask questions, get clarification, and get the most up to date information on the ROADS project. If you were unable to attend a webinar, recordings of the webinars can be found here for EDI and here for Client Entry (CE).
Beta testers needed for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)!
If you are interested in helping out the ROADS team by being a beta tester for our new MFA requirements please let us know. If you join as a beta tester, you will not need to attend MFA webinars in the future, as your MFA will already be configured and ready for ROADS training next year!
ROADS Project remains in Development Cycle 4!
The ROADS project team has broken up this project into four development cycles. We are about midway through the final Development Cycle. We will begin sprint 3 out of 6 this week.
In Development Cycle 4, we will focus on
- External provider portal functionality refinement
- EDI refinement
- Complete integration for new elements (M110, Stabilization Services, Mobile Crisis)
- Portal security role refinement
- Business rules
- User interface
Our plan remains the same, to keep providers informed and engaged throughout the life of this project. Since our last engagement sessions, we’ve been completing internal technical design work, and we’re preparing to present a demo of the provider portal in the next few months. Stay tuned!
