Greetings,

You are receiving this message because you have expressed interest in receiving updates related to the REALD & SOGI rulemaking process. We are happy to announce that the Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) will begin convening on Friday, November 17th.

If you have not received an invite to participate, don’t worry. Unfortunately, we were not able to extend invitations to participate to everyone who expressed interest in serving on the RAC. In order to keep the group small enough to be productive and still include representatives from all of the major stakeholder groups we needed to make some difficult decisions about who to include. There will still be a public comment period as part of the rulemaking process. Here is a breakdown of the RAC roster by stakeholder group:
