REALD Reporting Materials: New REALD & SOGI CSV 2.0

Dear Community Partners,


OHA’s REALD & SOGI team in the Equity & Inclusion Division at OHA is writing to inform sites sending REALD data via CSV file through SFTP that the CSV specifications have been updated.

What: Updated CSV REALD Specifications as of June 2023.

The updated specifications are published on OHA’s E&I Division REALD & SOGI REALD for Providers website under “how to report data”.

Reason: The REALD CSV specification is updated every year or so to reflect updated reporting requirements. The last update was in March 2021.

When: The updated REALD CSV specification was published June 30, 2023.

Action:

• Sites may now start integrating changes into their systems to facilitate reporting updated REALD (& SOGI) data content and format.
• Enforcement of the updated specifications will start six months after publish date.
• For this latest June 30^th publish date, the enforcement will start be 6 – 12 months after publication (~ July 2024) due to the comprehensive changes.

Before submitting the first file compliant with the new specifications, please alert our team so that we can correctly direct the file.
