Temporary Staffing Agency Program - Permanent Oregon Administrative Rules

The Temporary Staffing Agency Program (Program) under the Health Licensing Office (HLO) has filed permanent rules with the Oregon Secretary of State. The permanent rules align the Program with changes mandated by House Bill 2665 (2023).

The rules become effective September 25, 2023.
