Intent to Award Announcement: 2025-27 Youth Development Oregon Grants

Youth Development Oregon (YDO) is pleased to announce the list of Intended Awardees for the 2025-27 Community Investment Title XX Grants (CI-XX). 

To clarify, these awards have been made under the Community Investment Request for Applications (RFA) for the 2025-27 Biennium and do not represent the results of a new RFA. Title XX (twenty) funding is Federal and the Community Investment funding stream has used a combination of Federal and State funds since inception. Due to issues related to the Federal Government shutdown in the fall of 2025, States were not notified until March of 2026 that Title XX funds would be available. As a result of this uncertainty, at the time of making awards for the 2025-27 Biennium, YDO made the tough decision to proceed as if the Federal funds were not going to be available and reduced the number of CI awards. It has proven to be much better to announce an unexpected award than to withdraw an expected award. 

These awards reflect YDO’s continued commitment to supporting programs that advance youth engagement, career exploration, and positive development across Oregon and the nine federally recognized Tribes.

While YDO was unable to fund all 345 applications received, we want to recognize the support each applicant provides to the youth, families and the communities they serve. YDO looks forward to partnering with all interested applicants and other entities in future engagement with our communities.
