Hello USDA Foods Program Recipient Agencies and Eligible Sponsors of the National School Lunch Program,

Please see attached the ‘ODE USDA Foods Ordering Schedule & Instructions for School Year 2026-2027 Memo’ which will also be posted in the CNP Memos and News Announcements webpage. The ODE USDA Foods Ordering Period will open February 16, 2026, and close March 13, 2026. Please read the entire memo (attached) and reach out to ode.usdafoods@ode.oregon.gov with any questions.

All NSLP sponsors participating in the USDA Foods Program for SY2026-27 should attend the ODE USDA Foods Ordering Period Kick-off webinar. Please register now through this link: Thursday 05 February, 2026, at 2.00PM, ODE USDA Foods Ordering Kick-off Zoom Webinar Registration.

If you are currently not participating in the USDA Foods Program (not receiving USDA Foods this school year) and wish to participate next school year, please contact the ODE USDA Foods Team at ode.usdafoods@ode.oregon.gov.
