We offer appreciation and admiration for the deep engagement and planning work districts and schools have engaged in to develop their Integrated Applications! As you prepare to submit your Integrated Application, we hope there is time to celebrate all of the efforts of staff, students, families and communities over the past year.
In this month’s message, you’ll find information about:
March 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025: 2025-2027 Integrated Application Window.
The Integrated Application will be available for submission in the Integrated Program Reporting and Application Dashboard Workapp from March 1 - April 30, 2025. Look for a special message on March 3rd for more information.
Longitudinal Performance Growth Targets (LPGTs) Data Sheets
To assist with codeveloping LPGTs, PDFs of the five common metric graphs and spreadsheets of unsuppressed data will be sent via secure file transfer to School District Superintendents in early March. Once the files are sent, Superintendents will have seven days from the receipt of the email to download the files. The data sheets reflect the school and district groupings as submitted in the Intent to Apply for 2025-27. For example, if you are in an aligned program consortium with other districts, your data are aggregated together. Independent charters receive their own data sheets and are not included in district rates. Virtual charter school students are removed from the aggregations for the school districts that sponsor these schools as these are excluded from LPGTs.
The graphs and spreadsheets will include the Combined Focal Student group, which is used to set gap-closing targets for each of the five metrics. Grantee’s LPGT Smartsheet will also be updated with 4-Year Graduation and 5-Year Completion data within a week of data being sent out. Keep in mind that school districts may share their data with their ESD Liaison to streamline their support. If you choose to share this data, please make sure to send via secure file transfer.
