RE: New CNP Permanent Agreements

Dear Sponsors,
Thank you to all sponsors that have prepared for the arrival of the new CNP Permanent Agreement. Distribution of the agreements has been slightly delayed; however, we anticipate that sponsors will begin to see the emails from our ODE Procurement offices within the next week.
Due to the delay, ODE CNP has extended the date by which sponsors must sign and return these agreements. Once you have received the agreement, we ask that you review the information thoroughly, sign the agreement, and return the full signed agreement to ODE by Monday December 2, 2024.

- To learn a little more about the new permanent agreements, please feel free to review the following CNP Permanent Agreement video. The total video time is less than 15 minutes and will describe the updated agreement. (Please note that the timelines indicated in the video will reflect the previous deadline for signature.)
