Dear Integrated Program Applicants for the 25-27 biennium,
Intent to Apply
The Intent to Apply for the 25-27 Integrated Programs Application opens today, October 14, 2024! The Intent to Apply link is live (and can also be accessed on your RAD) and is open from October 14 - December 2, 2024. This is the first step in submitting your 2025-27 Integrated Application and not the actual application. The Intent to Apply provides the opportunity for applicants and ODE to preview any concerns and questions in advance of the March 2025 application for the integrated programs - HSS, SIA, Early Literacy, EIIS, CTE (Perkins), FSI, EDM, and CIP. Each eligible entity, including districts, charter schools, YCEP/JDEP sites and Oregon School for the Deaf, will complete an Intent to Apply. For charter districts (districts whose only school is a charter school), please submit the Intent to Apply form as a “district without charters.” Note: Review the Integrated Guidance, Section 1, Page 18 for questions about the funds your entity is eligible for. Additional charter information can be found in Appendix C: Partnering with Charter Schools.
Charter Schools eligible to apply independently for SIA Grant
Additionally, this is a list of non-virtual public charter schools that are eligible to apply for Student Investment Account (SIA) funding independently of their district. These public charter schools must have a student population composed of at least 35% of any one of the focal student categories and that percentage must also be higher than the resident district. For state-sponsored charter schools, ODE calculated the percentages of your resident district to determine eligibility. Data used to determine eligible charter schools are based on the 2024 Spring Membership report, the most recent available data source. Your eligibility to apply independently for SIA funding will help determine your application type for the Integrated Programs 2025-27 application cycle. Please note, that while you are eligible to apply independently, you may still apply with your resident district.
