Intent To Apply Opening October 14th!
The Intent to Apply for the 25-27 Integrated Programs Application will be open from October 14 - December 2, 2024. To be clear, this is not the actual Integrated Application. Rather, this is the first step in submitting your 2025-27 Integrated Application so that ODE can include the correct questions in your March 2025 application for the following programs - HSS, SIA, Early Literacy, CIP, CTE (Perkins), EDM, and EIIS. Each entity, including districts, charter schools, and YCEP/JDEP sites, will need to complete an Intent to Apply. All of the application types are listed in the Integrated Guidance Update, page 4 and additional charter information can be found in Appendix C: Partnering with Charter Schools. There will be a Special Message coming out October 14th to remind you that the Intent to Apply is open and provide the link to the form.
SIA, HSS, and EIIS Grant Amendments Ready to Sign for Year 2 funds: Grant Amendments are ready to be signed and returned on the RAD (Integrated Programs Reporting and Application Dashboard) for Year 2 allocations! Please return your signed Amendment as soon as you are able and pass along to any charters that you sponsor within your district. Please note, you do NOT need to present your grant amendments to your Board.
Early Literacy Grant Amendments: The team is continuing to work on Early Literacy Grant Amendments and they should be released in the coming weeks. Please watch your email for notifications from Smartsheet asking you to sign your Grant Amendment! Please note, you do NOT need to present your grant amendments to your Board.

FAQs
When will data be made available to grantees for comparing Longitudinal Performance Growth Targets (LPGTs) to actuals with 2023-24 data?
Grantees are expected to receive updated Smartsheet links (accessed through the RAD) that contain suppressed 2023-24 data for Regular Attenders, 9th Grade On Track, and 3rd Grade ELA Proficiency in mid-November. 2023-24 Four Year Cohort Graduation and Five Year Cohort Completion rates are planned to be added to grantee Smartsheets in February 2025.
I would like to access my district’s most recent data to guide my community engagement discussions. Where can I find this information?
All school districts in Oregon have access to their most recent data within the Achievement Data Insight (ADI) application on the ODE District website (https://odedistrict.oregon.gov/Pages/default.aspx). Please reach out to your District Security Administrator (lookup: https://district.ode.state.or.us/CentralLogin/DSASearch) to gain access to ADI. Note that the data sharing agreement between ODHS and ODE does not allow for ODE to share unsuppressed or student-level Students Experiencing Poverty data to district staff.
