ODOT Sponsors Billboard Design Contest to Promote Roadway Work Zone Safety

Don't miss a unique CTE opportunity for southern and eastern Oregon. With the Oregon Department of Transportation Billboard Design Contest--appropriate for graphic design or construction-focused classes--ODOT and the highway/bridge construction industry are asking students to create billboard designs to encourage safe driving in construction zones. Winners will receive a scholarship and have their design placed on billboards in the area.

Hurry--submission deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15.

SkillsUSA and other organizations offer various scholarships which may be appropriate for students in your CTE program.
