Re: Office Hours - Communicable Disease Guidance and Planning for the 2023-24 School Year
Join ODE staff for Office Hours on Monday, August 21 from 3:30 - 4:30 PM for a review of the School-level Communicable Disease Management Plan guidance and updated planning tools for the 2023-24 school year. More information on the guidance and planning tools can be found here.

Please note that the primary intended audience for this Office Hours session is school and district leaders in public and charter school settings.
Office hours are designed for Public School and District Leaders in an effort to:
- Reinforce anchor ideas and values in communicable disease management and health, safety, and wellbeing in schools.
- Provide updates around communicable diseases that raise social and physical health concerns, so that schools are ready to tackle any challenges to in-person learning.
- Create a space where questions and ideas from other practitioners may inspire new thinking or solidify current planning.
- Offer two-way communication and create a space to engage in conversation and sense making.
