Re: Uplift - Virtual Summit for Teens

YouthEra is offering a four-day virtual summit for students (ages 14-19) in late August to learn how to be a peer mentor. In the summit, students will learn how to identify signs of distress, practice listening and self care skills, identify strengths, build resilience, and counter issues like bullying and youth suicide.

Oregon Health Authority has provided funding for the first 2,200 high school students in Oregon to attend for free ($475 per student). Students who complete the summit earn a $75 gift card and can win prizes as well.

To learn more about the summit, please visit the YouthEra Uplift website. An informational poster is attached to this email as well.
