CNPweb Access Restored

On January 26, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, the web server that houses CNPweb was compromised by unknown attackers. The web server that deploys applications and web content for Oregon School Districts and Sponsors was restored and is available again. ODE with our state partners and Microsoft completed the investigation and documented the findings. The investigation confirmed that no data was harvested or compromised.

CNPweb service is restored. All sponsors with access to CNPweb will need to create a new password. Please sign in with your current password.  A screen will come up with three fields. Enter your current password in the first field, then enter the new password in the next two fields. The password in the second and third fields need to match.

If you do not remember your current password, please push the “forgot password” button when signing into CNPweb. Enter your username and email address. The password resets are manually entered by CNP staff. You will receive a new password within 24 hours from the School Nutrition mailbox.  At that point, you will be able to create a new unique password for your account. Please do not contact the CNP office to have your password reset.

In the communication to our sponsors on Thursday, January 27, 2022, information on how to submit a claim while CNPweb was unavailable was provided .  If you have submitted your claim information to you assigned specialist, they will be in communication on next steps in the coming days.  If you have not submitted your claim to your specialist as of this morning, please submit your claim in CNPweb.  November 2022 claim deadline is today, Monday, January 31, 2022.
