Winter Update Survey
Districts receive ESSA Partnership subgrants to support identified CSI/TSI schools and their targeted students groups. Districts are responsible for monitoring school-level progress and adjusting improvement strategies and activities accordingly. This Winter Update Survey prompts districts to reflect upon and share about the implementation of improvement strategies at identified CSI and TSI schools. Responses provided here will help inform ODE as to Oregon’s models of support for current and future CSI and TSI schools. Here is a worksheet to develop responses offline before submitting. Responses are due by March 2, 2022.
Plans, Budgets & Claims
As a process reminder, all ESSA Partnership claims made in EGMS should be accompanied by submission of the budgeting and claim tool, describing the specific activities being claimed against and documenting alignment to larger district and/or school improvement strategies. The tool is submitted via the form linked in the final tab. ODE staff will verify claim description and alignment evidenced in the tool before approving associated claims in EGMS. EGMS claims submitted without supporting documentation will be rejected.
