SIA Update

We’re releasing a special SIA message this week to share an updated version of the Supporting Quality Implementation guidance. Much of the information remains the same from last year, but we’ve made a few key updates that we’d like to highlight:

  • In Section 1, information has been added about Grant Agreements for new applicants and Grant Amendments for previous SIA grantees, disbursement dates for the 2021-23 biennium, and shifts to the summer extension.
  • In Section 2, a previously released update on the Longitudinal Performance Growth Targets (LPGTs) has been added.
  • In Section 3, updated information includes progress reporting deadlines for the 2021-23 biennium, financial audit guidance, and suggested audit procedures.
  • In Section 4, a process has been previewed to support grantees who may need to make an update to their SIA plan during the 2021-23 biennium.

If you have any questions about this updated information, please reach out to the SIA Team at SIAinfo@state.or.us

November Messages

As a reminder, with the upcoming holiday we will be taking a break from our biweekly message and will plan to resume our messages in December.  We look forward to reconnecting with you all after this break to continue the work ahead in fulfilling the promise of SIA and its commitment to community, focal student groups, and centering student health, academic success, and deep equity.
