I’d like to share with you an update and reminder regarding the ESSER and CDL reimbursement request process.

Update

Now that the ESSER II funds have become available in EGMS for the school districts (coming soon for ESDs), ODE has revised the ESSER I Reimbursement Request Form so that it can be used for both ESSER I and ESSER II requests. The updated form can be found on both the ESSER I and ESSER II webpages under the “Reimbursement” heading. I would like to note that the instructions tab has also changed, so please read it carefully before submitting the form.

Please use this updated form for all future ESSER reimbursement requests. Previous versions of the Reimbursement Request Form will no longer be accepted.

Reminder

I would also like to remind everyone that for both the ESSER and CDL grants, a Reimbursement Request Form must be submitted for your EGMS claims to be approved. The following table lists all of the submitted EGMS claims that are missing Reimbursement Request Forms. If your district is listed below, please submit the appropriate Reimbursement Request Form to correspond to your EGMS claims.

The CDL Reimbursement Request Form can be found on the CDL webpage under the “Reimbursement” heading.
