The SIA team continues to review progress reports submitted by grant recipients. As we finalize report reviews, you should expect to either receive an automated response via Smartsheet that shares you’ve met the programmatic and financial reporting requirements or a message from a member of the SIA team for clarifying information. If you receive a message from a SIA team member, if will be for one of two reasons:
- We need you to make a minor adjustment to your reporting dashboard.
- We have a more substantial question or concern that requires additional information to be submitted.
As mentioned in last week’s message, we’re aiming to have all of the progress reports completed by March 15th, so if you haven’t heard back yet, you should in the coming weeks. In the meantime, you’re always welcome to reach out to the SIAinfo@state.or.us with any questions.
Our team is also finalizing a few pieces of information and resources named in the December 2020 guidance, which we plan to release next week. We appreciate your patience as it has taken us a little longer than anticipated to release this information given the shift to SIA Plan updates versus the full application cycle for the 2021-23 biennium. We plan to share the following in next week’s message:
- Preliminary allocation estimates
- Budget template for the 2021-23 SIA Plan update
