Based on feedback, I'm happy to offer two more trainings this month and four more office hour sessions.

Small and/or Rual Districts

Back in September I sent out a message along with a survey and opportunity to work with colleagues around our state to revise the OAR specific to Potential to Perform. A group of twelve met last week to begin the formal revision of the OAR. However, our group is primarily composed of representation from large and medium-sized districts. We absolutely need, want, and value the voice, input, and representation from small and/or rural districts. If you would like to join our group, we welcome you to collaborate with us as we revise a rule that represents all of Oregon. Please email me angela.m.allen@state.or.us if you would like an invitation to our next meeting.
