RE: Vaccine Update from Governor Brown

I’m sure many of you have been following the news regarding the nation’s stockpile of COVID-19 vaccine. Today, Governor Brown and the Oregon Health Authority responded to this urgent situation.

In an afternoon press conference, Governor Brown stated that vaccines for educators will begin the week of January 25^th - earlier in some counties. You can listen to her press conference here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YRFvO7DFP8&feature=youtu.be.

Also, thank you for responding quickly to the survey we sent earlier this week. This data will be used to distribute vaccines across Oregon. Please know OHA is working through the data and more information is on the way as we strive to help schools develop local partnerships to access vaccines for educators.
