SIA Update

The SIA team is continuing to actively support districts and charter schools through the application and grant agreement processes and is currently completing another round of outreach to support the submission of outstanding information. Districts typically fall into one of three categories:

  • Your SIA grant application is still incomplete, please work with your ESD SSA Liaison for support in completing the missing pieces of you application. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will become eligible to move into the grant agreement process.
  • Additional information has been requested for your application to meet application requirements, please submit the requested additional information to your Application Manager. If you have any questions regarding the requested changes, you can reach out to your Application Manager for additional information or arrange a call to discuss the requested changes.
  • You’ve received your SIA Grant Agreement, please make sure the grant agreement is available at your main office and posted to your district website, share the grant agreement at an open board meeting and allow an opportunity for public comment (not a consent agenda item), and finally submit a copy of the board meeting minutes and the signed grant agreement back to ODE.
