In last week’s SIA weekly update, we shared some initial numbers based on the total number of SIA Grant Applications received -- 208 of 210. This week, our team has put together a 1-page resource to capture trends and patterns statewide. Please note the information compiled for this resource is a result of an initial analysis and may adjust over time as ODE works with applicants to complete and review their application to ensure it meets all requirements.
Are you a district who submitted in early March when the application window opened? We’ll be sending a status update to let you know if your plan meets all requirements or if changes are needed. You will also learn more about next steps in the process to co-develop longitudinal performance growth targets and solidify a grant agreement with ODE.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to assisting you with next steps in the process.
Q: I submitted an incomplete SIA Grant application, but now have the missing information to complete my application. How do I submit it?
A: If you’d like to proactively submit the information missing from your SIA Grant Application, please email it to SIAinfo@state.or.us. Our team monitors this email account on a daily basis and will confirm that we’ve received and filed the additional application information you submit.
If you’re still working on pulling together the missing pieces to complete your application, that’s okay! As we shared last week, we are treating applications like student work and will partner with you to meet the requirements. A member of our team will reach out soon to confirm the missing info and support you in submitting the additional information before it is moved into the review phase.
