Temporary Service and Response Time Update

We wanted to provide a brief update regarding current staffing and response times within our program.

We are currently operating with reduced staffing due to several team member vacancies and are actively working to secure additional assistance. During this time, you may experience longer-than-usual processing and response times. We appreciate your patience and grace as our team works diligently to maintain services and respond to requests as quickly as possible.

If you need assistance, particularly with a time-sensitive matter, email is currently the best way to reach our team rather than by phone. More staff are available to assist with and respond to email inquiries, while our available phone coverage is limited and phone lines may be tied up.

When emailing, please include as much information as possible regarding your question or request so that the appropriate team member can assist you efficiently.
