The IRIS and Snapshot sites that house officer information for Criminal Justice Public Safety Professionals, Polygraph Examiners, Private Security Professionals, Private Investigators, and Fire Service Professionals is down for the time being.
We do understand how critical these systems are for you and your agencies and companies and are working diligently on restoring the systems as quickly as possible, unfortunately this may not be until sometime late next week.
We are sorry for this inconvenience and will let you know when it is back up and running.
