Gresham DMV to close for move to new location

 

Office will be closed week of Feb. 23, reopen at new location on March 2

 

The Gresham DMV Field Office will be closed the week of Feb. 23 and will reopen March 2 at its new location, 1519 N.E. 181st Ave., Portland, off Interstate 84. The new office will provide a larger lobby area and more parking space for customers who need in-person services. The Gresham office had been at its E. Powell location since November 1998. If you need to visit a DMV office in person, check OregonDMV.com for the nearest locations. Among your choices for the next several months is the temporary office at Mall 205, which opened Tuesday, Feb. 17, so that the ODOT-owned office on Southeast Powell Boulevard can be expanded and updated. Before going to any DMV office, the agency suggests that you first check www.OregonDMV.com to make sure you have everything you need for your business at DMV. Common transactions such as renewing vehicle registration, changing your address, and reporting the sale of a vehicle can be done online.
