Public invited to Jan. 20 Talent open house for
transportation management plans
TALENT — The public is welcome to attend an open house for two transportation plans, Talent’s Transportation System Plan (TSP) and the Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP) for Interstate 5 exit 21. The open house will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Talent Community Center, 208 E. Main St.
Talent’s TSP will guide the city’s transportation improvements over the next 20 years. The IAMP will look at existing and proposed future land uses around I-5 exit 21 and West Valley View Road and how they affect transportation in the interchange area.
“The IAMP will help guide future development and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the interchange in the next 20 years,” said ODOT Long Range Planner Don Morehouse.
