Junction City DMV to close for repairs
Office will be closed Oct. 13-17 for repairs and updates to interior
The Junction City DMV field office will be closed Oct. 13-17 for repairs and improvements.
In addition to fresh paint and replacement flooring, the office will get new system furniture and an additional counter workstation. The Junction City DMV has been in its current location since 1980 and had some remodeling done only once – in 2005 – during the past 34 years.
The office, located at 235 W Fourth Ave., is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, closing for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. each day. After the repairs, the office is scheduled to reopen for normal business hours at 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20.
Junction City-area customers who need to do business with DMV may wish to visit OregonDMV.com to see if they can do their transaction online or by mail. Customers who need to visit a DMV office in person during the closure can consider using the offices in nearby cities such as Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis or Albany.
For all DMV services, DMV suggests that you first check www.OregonDMV.com or call the local office number before visiting a field office in person. Customers can complete some common DMV business online or find out how to make their visit as efficient as possible.
