ODOT open house looks at I-5 exits 124 and 125
ROSEBURG — ODOT will host an Interchange Area Management Plan (IAMP) open house for Interstate 5 exits 124 and 125. The IAMP is a two-year study that provides specific improvement projects for future consideration. The open house is from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, 375 W. Harvard Ave.
"Our project team is considering a range of projects to reduce congestion at Harvard Avenue exit 124 and Garden Valley Boulevard exit 125,” said ODOT Planner Alexandra Krull. In each case, we’re looking out 20 years to plan for the needs and growth that occur around I-5 interchanges.
“We want to hear from local business owners, property owners and the people who commute and use these interchanges regularly,” Krull said.
IAMP project information is online at www.oregon.gov/ODOT/HWY/REGION3.
ODOT attempts to hold all public meetings in accessible buildings. Accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities, and alternate formats of printed material are available upon request. Please call Christie Meacham at (541) 957-3698 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (or statewide relay 7-1-1).
