Stayton DMV office to close for move
Office will be closed Aug. 27-29 and reopen in new location Tuesday, Sept. 2
The Stayton DMV field office will be closed Aug. 27-29 during its move to a new location. It will reopen at its new location at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2.
All DMV offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 1, for the Labor Day holiday.
The Stayton DMV was housed at its current location, 144 E Water St., since 1989. The office space is no longer large enough to serve the community.
The new office will be at 11646 Sublimity Road in Sublimity, near Exit 12 for Golf Club Road. The office’s business hours will remain the same, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For all DMV services, DMV suggests that you first check www.OregonDMV.com before visiting a field office in person. Customers can complete some DMV business online or find out how to make their visit as efficient as possible.
