PORTLAND – Maintenance on the northbound Interstate Bridge will require closure of the sidewalk Tuesday through Thursday and occasional traffic stops overnight Wednesday.
The southbound sidewalk will remain open as an option for pedestrians during the northbound sidewalk closure.
The maintenance will also require occasional traffic stops on northbound Interstate 5 at the bridge overnight Wednesday. Those closures will be about 20 minutes each from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday.
Please watch for flaggers and other members of the crew, and plan ahead for a delay or alternate northbound route across the Columbia River.
