Share your feedback to help shape Oregon’s transportation investments

ODOT’s first Capital Investment Plan is now available for public review in online open house.

One proposed investment is for a section of OR 8 through Hillsboro that supports an average of 20,000-30,000 vehicles daily.

Oregon has far more transportation needs than available funding can address. Across the state highway system, aging infrastructure, safety needs, and other critical investments compete for limited transportation dollars.

The Capital Investment Plan provides a consistent way to identify and prioritize investments based on statewide transportation goals, system needs and available funding.

The draft Capital Investment Plan includes 54 projects proposed for investment across Oregon. Now we want to hear from you.
