Expect delays on northbound Interstate Bridge Friday night, Sept. 25

PORTLAND – Expect delays of 15 to 25 minutes on northbound Interstate 5 at the Interstate Bridge from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday while crews complete annual cable greasing of the bridge lifts.

Only northbound I-5 will be affected. Travelers should plan extra time into their trips.

Northbound Interstate 205 will remain open as an alternate route for regional travelers who want to bypass central Portland.
