North Kerby on-ramp to I-405 closed for repairs night of Sept. 24

PORTLAND – The on-ramp from North Kerby Avenue to Interstate 405 will be closed overnight Sept. 24 maintenance.

Crews will be replacing aged asphalt travel surface from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. New permanent striping will require another overnight closure in mid-October.
