NE Halsey on-ramp to westbound I-84 closed Saturday for road work

Closure for bike, pedestrian transit improvements scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

PORTLAND – The NE Halsey Street on-ramp to westbound Interstate 84 in Portland will be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, for road work.

Drivers can use the SE 60th Avenue ramp to westbound I-84 during the Halsey ramp closure. This work is part of the Portland Bureau of Transportations’ NE Halsey Street bicyclist / pedestrian transit improvement project.
