SW Boones Ferry Road closed between Tualatin and Durham Aug. 10-14 for rail maintenance

TUALATIN – SW Boones Ferry Road will be closed at the railroad crossing between SW Lower Boones Ferry Road and the Tualatin River from Monday through Thursday, Aug. 10-13, for rail maintenance.

During this summer’s railroad maintenance by Portland & Western Railroad, the crossing just north of the river will be closed 24/7 starting Monday morning until the work is completed by the end of the day Thursday.

Local access will remain open, and a shuttle service will be available for pedestrians to get around the closure.

Plan ahead with an alternate route, and plan extra time into your travel in the area – whether you drive, use public transit, walk or bike in the area.
