Night paving on U.S. 26 south of Seaside

SEASIDE – Travelers should expect nighttime lane closures and delays on U.S. 26 south of Seaside while crews repair the pavement.

Beginning Sunday, Aug. 2, crews will inlay pave U.S. 26 between the overhead truss bridge and the Lindsey Creek Bridge, just south of Seaside.

Work is scheduled Sunday through Thursday nights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. and is expected to continue through Aug. 18.

What to expect:

  • Nighttime construction.
  • Single-lane closures with flaggers or traffic control.
  • Lane shifts as needed.
  • Construction noise.
  • Delays. Please allow extra travel time.

Slow down, watch for workers and equipment, and follow all traffic control through the work zone.

All work is weather dependent, and the schedule may change.
