Kuebler Boulevard to Delaney Road

Nightly I-5 closures June 22, 23 and 24
We're planning to remove the old Battle Creek Road Bridge at the end of the month. To do this work safely, we'll need to fully close the northbound and southbound lanes of I-5.
Here's what you need to know:
- On June 21, we'll have short overnight lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 to prepare for the upcoming full closures.
- On June 22, 23 and 24, we'll close northbound and southbound I-5 nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., between Exit 252 and Exit 248.
- Traffic can detour around the closures.
- Southbound: Take Exit 252 → Kuebler Boulevard → Commercial Street SE → I-5 on-ramp.
- Northbound: Take the Commercial Street exit → Kuebler Boulevard → back to northbound I-5.
Our schedule may change. Please visit TripCheck.com for the most up-to-date information on impacts.
|

If you're traveling through the area now, you can expect:
- A 55 mph speed limit in the I-5 work zone.
- Crews working during the day and at night.
- Lane, shoulder and ramp closures as needed.
- Trucks coming in and out of the work site.
- Debris, dust, construction noise and potential delays.
Please use caution and watch for workers.

Pay attention in work zones, slow down and move over – imagine this is where you work. Always drive safely, watch for construction signs and workers.
Remember that fines double in all Oregon work zones, whether workers and signs are present or not.
