COTTAGE GROVE – Effective June 1, 2026, the I-5 northbound Exit 174 on-ramp from OR99/Row River Road will be closed at night between from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
The estimated completion date for this work is June 3, 2026.

Effective June 3, 2026, the I-5 northbound Exit 174 off-ramp to OR99/Row River Road will be closed at night from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The estimated completion date for this work is June 4, 2026.

Detour

When the I-5 northbound Exit 174 on- and off-ramps to/from Row River Road/OR99 is closed, traffic can take Exit 170 to OR99 to Row River Road.
