April 30, 2026

PORTLAND – Effective April 24, 2026, the I-84 westbound off-ramp to Holladay Street/1st Avenue/Moda Center will be closed at all hours. The estimated completion date for this work is May 4, 2026.

Effective May 15, 2026, the I-84 westbound off-ramp to Holladay Street/1st Avenue/Moda Center will be closed at all hours. The estimated completion date for this work is June 8, 2026.

Detour

When the I-84 westbound off-ramp to Holladay St/1st Ave/Moda Center is closed, motor carriers can take Exit 1, to NE Lloyd Boulevard to access Holladay St and the Moda Center, or use authorized alternate routes.
