PORTLAND – Effective April 24, 2026, the I-84 westbound Exit 1 off-ramp to Lloyd Center will be closed at all hours. The estimated completion date for this work is
May 4, 2026.

 

Detour

When the I-84 westbound Exit 1 off-ramp to Lloyd Center is closed, motor carriers will need to avoid traveling through this area during the restricted days/hours or use authorized alternate routes.
